I understand life happens, cars break down, kids get sick, work runs late. I totally get it, I just ask that you give me as much notice as possible. I am appointment based only and I prefer to not double book, as I like to give you the undivided attention you deserve. Service depending, that can be a large amount of time. Notice permits no one’s time go to waste.



A card will be required to book appointment. There is no charge at time of booking.




48 hour notice for appointment cancellation. There will be no charge and we will get you rescheduled as soon as both of our schedules permit. After three consecutive reschedules there will be a rescheduling fee of the service costs. The fee will go towards your service at next appointment.


24 hours or less notice there will be a $50 rebooking fee. That fee will be used towards service payment.



If you do not show up to your appointment and do not call to cancel you will be charged 100% of your service scheduled. No refunds and the payment will not be used towards next service.


After 3 consecutive missed appointments, there will be a $50 rebooking fee to reschedule.


Arriving 15 minutes late to your appointment may lead to rescheduling depending on desired service.



Due to space and sanitation, no additional guests are allowed unless receiving services. 

Service Re-Do & Return Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color, style or extensions please let me know within 3 days of your visit. I would be more than happy to correct the issue as soon as possible at no additional charge.
For sanitary reasons there are no returns or exchanges on extensions.
